My name is Yessenia and I am a bilingual licensed clinical social worker. I have experience providing psychotherapy in non-profit organizations, the school setting, and private practice. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults who have been in the foster system, exposed to trauma, domestic violence, experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, adjusting to life changes or stressors. I provide trauma-informed care while utilizing CBT, psychoeducation, strength based and whole person approach to address presenting challenges while developing new coping strategies.
