My name is Tashana and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I have experience in treating individuals, couples, families, and adolescents. I have also facilitated group therapy with adults and teens who experience mood, personality, or anxiety disorders. My psychotherapy modalities include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Client Centered Therapy. I have a great understanding of the complexities of life transitions and family dynamics. In session I meet my clients with compassion and patience to process the challenges they may be experiencing and support their individual growth. .
Tashana holds a Bachelors Degree in Sociology from Arizona State University and a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. She has additional trainings in Trauma Focused CBT and family systems.
