My name is Tashana and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I have experience in treating individuals, couples, families, and adolescents. I have also facilitated group therapy with adults and teens who experience mood, personality, or anxiety disorders. My psychotherapy modalities include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Client Centered Therapy. I have a great understanding of the complexities of life transitions and family dynamics. In session I meet my clients with compassion and patience to process the challenges they may be experiencing and support their individual growth. .
Tashana holds a Bachelors Degree in Sociology from Arizona State University and a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. She has additional trainings in Trauma Focused CBT and family systems.
