Alison Lazcano

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, 138050

Hello, my name is Alison Lazcano, and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to supporting individuals and families through a holistic, collaborative and compassionate lens. I hold a Master’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Global, and I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and young adults from diverse backgrounds.

My work centers on supporting clients navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship dynamics, self‑esteem concerns, and major life transitions. I believe healing unfolds most naturally within a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship, and I strive to create a space where you feel deeply heard, understood, and supported. Together, we explore not only your thoughts and emotions, but also the relational, spiritual, and embodied experiences that influence your wellbeing.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and holistic, integrative approaches to help you understand your patterns, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward meaningful change. My priority is to meet you exactly where you are and cultivate a warm, steady environment where you can explore your inner world at your own pace.

My approach is faith‑informed, deeply empathetic, and tailored to your unique story. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, processing trauma, seeking clarity in relationships, or longing for a grounded space to grow, I’m here to walk alongside you with care, curiosity, and a whole‑person perspective.
