Mindfulness for Teens

Join us for a weekly mindfulness group, a great complement to our Comprehensive DBT Program. Facilitated by our Certified Mindfulness Instructor and AMFT, our mindfulness group will explore meditation techniques, and the ways in which meditation can stabilize and strengthen the mind, help regulate mood, and reduce stress. Appropriate for beginners and experienced meditators.
